In terms of athletic achievement, we hope to advance as many of our athletes as possible into the postseason and on to the State Championship.
Last Season:
Boys – Finished tied for 2nd in STAC Central division and 8th at Section IV Class C Championship.
Girls – Finished tied for 2nd in STAC Central division, 5th at STAC Championship, and tied for 4th at Section IV Class C Championship. 4x400 Relay (Haley Larrabee, Ryleigh Judson, Kaitlyn Sutton, Kaylin Twedt) and 4x800 Relay (Makenzie Olmsted, Harper Minaker, Mackenzie Chamberlain, Judson) won Section IV Class C and STAC Championships. Gianna Soprano (400 Hurdles) won Section IV Class C Championship.

Norwich Purple Tornado (Class B)

Team Goals: Have athletes qualify for the State Championships.
Last Season:
Boys – Finished 3rd in STAC East division, 12th at STAC Championship, and 4th at Section IV Class B Championship. Gabe Decker (400 Hurdles) won NYSPHSAA Class B State Championship (3rd in Federation).
Girls – Finished 2nd in STAC East division, 16th at STAC Championship, and 4th at Section IV Class B Championship. Natalie Phillips (Pole Vault) and Lara Tefft (Discus) won Section IV Class B Championships.
Oneonta Yellowjackets (Class C)
Head Coach:
Boys – Dave Slater, 6th year

Boys – Beckett Holmes (sr./110 Hurdles, High Jump, Long Jump, Pentathlon), Darren Rose (sr./ Triple Jump, 100, 400)

Team Goals:
Boys – STAC East division title and going to states. They all have very good chances of placing well.
Girls – STAC East division title and same for Cassidy.
Last Season:
Boys – Won STAC East division. Finished 2nd at STAC Championship and 2nd at Section IV Class C Championship. Beckett Holmes (Pentathlon) won NYSPHSAA Class C State Championship (4th in Federation). Darren Rose (Triple Jump) and 4x800 Relay (Colin Fletcher-Foster, Jackson Forbes, Gabriel Rissberger, Keyon Ziaie) won Section IV Class C and STAC Championships. Rose (100) won Section IV Class C Championship. Holmes (110 Hurdles) won STAC Championship. Ziaie (800) finished 7th in Class C and 35th in Federation, Fletcher-Foster (1600) 11th in Class C and 42nd in Federation, 4x800 Relay (Gabriel Rissberger, Jackson Forbes, Colin Fletcher-Foster, Keyon Ziaie) 9th in Class C and 36th in Federation, and Rose (Triple Jump) 2nd in Class C at NYSPHSAA State Championships.
Girls – Won STAC East division and Section IV Class C Championship. Finished 2nd at STAC Championship. 4x100 Relay (Claire Seguin, Madeleine Seguin, Selene Wellman, Cassidy Howard) won NYPSHSAA Class C State, Section IV Class C, and STAC Championships. 4x400 Relay (Claire Seguin, Madeleine Seguin, Wellman, Howard) won NYSPHSAA Class C State Championship. Cassidy Howard (100) won Section IV Class C and STAC Championships, and (200) won Section IV Class C Championship. Alex Broodie (100 Hurdles) and Becky Foko (Discus) won Section IV Class Championships. Keiyra Morton (Triple Jump) finished 8th in Class C at NYSPHSAA State Championship.
Susquehanna Valley Sabers (Class C)
Head Coach:
Boys – Matt Schneider, 3rd year (13th overall)
Girls – Grace Tabeek, 8th year (18th overall)

Team Goals:
Boys – We have one of the largest teams in quite awhile and our goal is to see many of them score for us at the Invites and do our best to capture the Section IV Class C "crown." We also have a large pool of throwers and some very talented throwers in that group. We will definitely make a difference in the throwing events in both Invites and dual meets.
Girls – We have the largest girls teams in a long time (we had 8 girls last year and this year we have 26), so we are working towards being more competitive at both the Invites and Class C dual meets. And for the first time in quite a few years we have enough girls to have several relay teams compete and they are very excited about that!
